The original purchaser is entitled to have ChromaTone™ timpani mallets recovered. There is no charge for the recovering service (shipping not included) for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The ChromaTone warranty covers normal wear and tear only. Abuse, removal of felt, or intentional alteration/tampering are not covered.
Your mallets must be returned, postage paid, with a completed ChromaTone Recovery Service Form and a copy of the original receipt to:

After payment is received, you will receive a copy of your form via email. Print this form out and include it with a copy of your sales receipt and your mallets.
Grover Pro Percussion, Inc., takes no responsibility for mallets lost en route to our factory. All recovered mallets will be returned to you fully insured.
