Percussionists will tell you that we’ve been making the world’s best concert tambourines since 1980. Did you know that our tambourines are also used on lots of Hollywood movie soundtracks, Broadway shows, TV shows, in Cirque du Soleil presentations and on mega-hit records by today’s top contemporary artists like Jason Aldean? If there were a Grammy award show for tambourines, we’d be the Adele of the pack!
Since Motown legend Jack Ashford was seen with his Grover Beryllium Copper tambourine on “Standing In The Shadows Of Motown“, loads of non-orchestral percussionists have expressed interest in our products.

Percussionist Chris Edwards plays and tours with the Grammy Award winning group the “Four Tops”. Like Jack, Chris also uses a Grover Beryllium Copper tambourine with the Four Tops. Chris recently wrote, “This baby is a monster and I haven’t picked up my XXXXXX XXXX tambourine since. Even other musicians have noticed the difference!”

St. Louis Symphony Principal Percussionist Will James recently sent us this informative video with some really useful tips on playing the chimes. Also known as “tubular bells”, many players assume that it is easy to play orchestral chimes. Nothing could be farther from the truth!
